What I offer my clients A space to be heard -
To feel heard and seen
“ I believe that everyone has the right to live their life”
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing or simply not how we expected it to be. You might be feeling stuck, struggling with relationships or trying to make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions. You don’t have to work through this alone.
My experience of providing emotional and psychological support to adolescents, adults, people living with chronic illness and families supporting loved ones who have been struggling, has shown me the power of empathic, non-judgemental listening and made me realise what a rare experience it is for most of us to be truly heard and seen.
